Terms and Conditions for Voucher Purchase and Redemption

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing a Podcast or YouTube Channel Gift Experience voucher. By purchasing a voucher from MediaSpace, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

  1. Voucher Redemption and Usage:

1.1. Each voucher entitles the holder to visit our media studio and create either a podcast or a YouTube channel along with their first video.

1.2. Vouchers are valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Vouchers that are not redeemed (a confirmed date has been booked for the recording) within this period will be considered expired and cannot be extended or refunded.

1.3. The voucher can only be redeemed by the person named on the voucher, and it is non-transferable.

1.4 The address of our media studio (where all recording must take place) is Winchester Court, Second Avenue, Onchan, IM3 4LT.

  1. Purchase and Payment:

2.1. Vouchers can be purchased through our official website (https://mediaspace.im) or at our physical location (Winchester Court, Second Avenue, Onchan, IM3 4LT).

2.2. Payment for vouchers must be made in full at the time of purchase.

2.3. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payments. We do not accept cash payments for vouchers.

  1. Refunds and Cancellations:

3.1. All voucher purchases are final, and we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a voucher has been issued.

3.2. In exceptional circumstances, such as an error on our part, we may consider providing a replacement voucher or a refund, at our sole discretion.

  1. Booking Your Visit:

4.1. To redeem your voucher and schedule your visit to our media studio, you must contact us through the contact information provided on the voucher or our official website.

4.2. We require at least 48 hours notice for rescheduling or cancelling your appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the forfeiture of your voucher.

4.3 All voucher recipients under the age of 18 will need to be accompanied by a responsible adult whilst on our premises.

  1. Studio Rules and Conduct:

5.1. All visitors to our media studio are expected to comply with our rules and regulations, as well as any additional guidelines provided by our staff.

5.2. Inappropriate or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated, and we reserve the right to refuse service to any visitor who violates our rules.

  1. Publishing your Content

6.1 MediaSpace will deliver your final audio podcast or video file within 14 days of your recording session.

  1. Liability and Responsibility:

7.1. We are not responsible for any damage to personal property or equipment brought to our media studio. Visitors are responsible for their own belongings.

7.2. Visitors are responsible for the content they create during their studio visit and must comply with all applicable laws, including copyright, defamation and content restrictions on platforms like YouTube.

7.3 MediaSpace reserves the right to decline or refuse to publish any content that is deemed inappropriate or does not maintain a respectful or inclusive environment.

  1. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

8.1. MediaSpace reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review the terms and conditions regularly.

  1. Governing Law:

8.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Isle of Man.
